This policy explains what personal data Survey Tech AI processes and how it is protected.

1. Data we process

Account data (names, email addresses, organisation details), the customer and property records you enter, survey findings and photographs, and generated reports. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems.

2. How data is used

To provide the service: authenticating users, isolating each organisation’s data, generating report drafts, delivering reports to your customers, and billing. Report content you submit is sent to our AI provider solely to produce your drafts.

3. Data isolation and security

Every organisation’s data is isolated at the database level. Files are held in private storage and served only through short-lived signed links. Platform staff cannot browse your report content without a time-limited, logged support-access grant.

4. Retention and deletion

Data is retained for the life of your account. You may request export or deletion of your organisation’s data; issued reports may be retained where a legal or professional record-keeping obligation applies.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase your personal data. Contact your organisation administrator or our support team to exercise them.
