Terms of Service

These terms govern your organisation’s use of Survey Tech AI. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

1. The service

Survey Tech AI is a drafting tool for professional surveyors. It assists with producing report drafts from information you provide. It does not carry out property inspections, independently verify findings, or replace professional judgement. The surveyor is responsible for reviewing, approving and issuing every report.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for reviewing every generated draft, and for the professional content of any report you approve and issue. You must hold the qualifications and permissions required to carry out the surveys you report on.

3. Subscriptions and trials

Access is provided on a trial and subscription basis. Billing is handled by our payment processor. When a subscription lapses your account enters a read-only state in which you can still view and download previously issued reports.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access other organisations’ data, probe the platform’s security, or use the service to produce misleading or fraudulent reports.

5. Liability

Survey Tech AI is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for the professional conclusions of reports, which remain the responsibility of the issuing surveyor.
